I am so excited to get up extra early and take in the Royal Wedding with some of my girlfriends tomorrow, so I thought I'd share some key ingredients for a Royal Watch breakfast, with a little bit of a southern twist of course ( I mean what breakfast is complete without monogrammed napkins and biscuits? I think even Kate would approve.)

In a nod to #WeddingWednesday, I thought I'd share with you my fabulous wedding gift from my very clever husband (well, my very clever husband who is also very good at taking hints).  Being that after our nuptials, we'd be relocating beachside, I couldn't imagine making the move without a beach cruiser at my disposal.  After the wedding and the honeymoon, I arrived home to find this is my garage:


As you can see, most of my rides are more than casual, but in my more glamorous life, this is how I'd cruise the sandy shores:

A couple of weeks ago, while visiting my sister for her 21st birthday, we stumbled upon the Honey Lake Plantation on our way to Gran and Granddaddy's.  Set in my dad's hometown around a lake where he and his friends used to swim, is this gorgeous property where the plantation's main house and chapel are still under construction.  You can learn more here, but for now here are some of my photos, straight from the ole iPhone.

Happy two month anniversary to my wonderful husband! These first two months have been a little crazy but I wouldn't trade them for all the world.

I LOVE Mason Jars! They were a huge part of our wedding reception decor and I love that I now have tons of vintage ones to use around my house, post-wedding.  I love seeing the jars re-purposed for lighting and I'm currently using about 3 different kinds as vases in my house as we speak.
