The Pop-tail! My new favorite Summer dessert



When the temps hit 90+ here in FL, I am all about the popsicle. It's like Summer's answer to cupcakes and macarons. So what could be better than a little cocktail and popsicle mash-up?!

I love this simple idea for a cocktail and dessert all in one. I whipped up some popsicles by pureeing mangos, a few strawberries, and a splash of lemonade. Poured the mixture into popsicle molds and put them in the freezer for several hours.  Then I popped the prosecco and dunked my popscicle. Voila! The best of both worlds.

  1. There's a bar in NYC that serves something similar - you're so trendy! (And YUM they look so good, and yes I'm drooling over booze & popsicles at 9:20 am)
